Please visit London ICT website at https://londonict.com and click on the Support button in the main menu.
At the London ICT Support main page, You can click on Help Center to see all categorized support articles or you may use the search bar to find your answers.
If you're still having trouble finding a solution through Help Center, you have three options with us:
- If you are already one of our clients, you'd received an invitation email for using London ICT Support Portal. Once you activated your account, you'll have access to sign-in to your area for submit tickets.
- Alternatively, if you are not one of our clients, you can still request an appointment and proceed by clicking This Link. We always ensure that one of our expert engineers will provide you with the best solution.
